1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Subscription Plans

Fitbuddy offers subscription plans with a free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. However, once the trial ends and you are billed, refunds are not available.

1.2 In-App Purchases

Any in-app purchases made in Fitbuddy cannot be refunded. Please review your purchase carefully before completing it.

2. Refund Requests

2.1 Subscription Plans

Refunds for subscriptions may be considered if the request is made within 14 days after you are first charged. After this time, refunds will not be given.

2.2 In-App Purchases

Since in-app purchases are processed by app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), Fitbuddy cannot issue refunds for these purchases. Please contact the app store directly for help.

3. How to Request a Refund

3.1 Subscription Plans

To request a refund for a subscription, please email our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge. Include your username and details of the purchase.

3.2 In-App Purchases

For in-app purchase refunds, contact the app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) directly, as they handle these transactions.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Subscription Plans

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

4.2 In-App Purchases

Refunds for in-app purchases follow the policies of the app store where you made the purchase.

5. Changes to This Policy

Fitbuddy may update this Refund Policy at any time. If there are important changes, we will notify users.
